fashion industry. The Company absorbs

The investment that the Company is planning in
an International Design Centre in India and technology
will also go a long way in optimizing design synergies
and reducing costs. The design centre is envisaged to be
the hub of the designing activity across the group. It
will have best collections of all designers for all
product categories under one roof and buyers will be
encouraged to visit the centre whenever they are
planning a visit to the facilities in the Far East.
