Outcome of Board Meeting held on 29th May, 2010 |

In compliance to the Clause 41 of the Listing Agreement, the Board of Directors of the Company in their meeting held today, 29th May, 2010, considered, approved and took on record the Financial Results for the last quarter and Audited Financial Results for the year ended 31st March, 2010.
Further, the Board of Directors of the Company in their meeting held today, 29th May, 2010, has not recommended any dividend for the financial year 2009-10.
A Notice to this effect has already sent to all the Stock Exchanges, where the shares of the Company are listed.
