In compliance to the Clause 41 of the Listing Agreement, the Board of Directors of the Company in their meeting held today, 30th July 2008, considered and took on record the Un-Audited Financial Results (Provisional) for the first quarter ended 30th June, 2008.
A Notice to this effect has already sent to all the Stock Exchanges, where the shares of the Company are listed. |
